The Master of Science in Psychology (MSP) is a two– to three–year graduate program designed to prepare students for careers in psychology–related fields. It typically requires the completion of 40 to 60 credit hours of coursework in topics such as research methods, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, abnormal psychology, and social psychology. In addition to coursework, students may be required to complete a thesis or research project as part of their program. In order to be eligible for admission to a Master of Science in Psychology (MSP) program, you must have a bachelor‘s degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university. You must also have a minimum GPA of 3.0 from your undergraduate degree program. Additionally, some programs may require you to submit GRE scores, letters of recommendation, a personal statement, and/or a resume.
