The All India Management Aptitude Test (AIMAT) is an online examination conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA). It is a comprehensive test that evaluates a candidate‘s aptitude, skills and knowledge in the fields of business, management, economics and general knowledge. AIMAT is used by organizations for screening potential candidates for admission into management institutes. The test is conducted in three stages – preliminary, main and final. The preliminary test evaluates the aptitude of the candidate and the main test evaluates the knowledge and skills of the candidate. The final test is an interview where the candidate‘s performance is assessed.
All India Management Aptitude Test (AIMAT) Entrance Test
AIMAT Entrance Test is conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA) for admission to various Management programs. The test is conducted twice a year in the months of March and December. The test covers topics like Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation and General Knowledge. The duration of the test is two hours and the total marks allotted is 200. The test is conducted in both online and offline mode.
All India Management Aptitude Test (AIMAT) Eligibility Criteria
The All India Management Aptitude Test (AIMAT) is an aptitude test conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA) for admission to various management courses. Eligibility Criteria:
1. The candidate should have a Bachelor‘s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
2. The candidate should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
3. The candidate should have a valid score in AIMA UGAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT/CAT or any other equivalent entrance examination.
4. The candidate should have a valid score in any of the following examinations: XAT, NMAT by GMAC, SNAP, IBSAT, TANCET, MICAT, MAH–CET, JMET, or any other equivalent entrance examination.
5. Candidates appearing for the final year examination of their bachelor’s degree can also apply for AIMAT.

The All India Management Aptitude Test (AIMAT) is a competitive entrance examination conducted by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). It is a National Level Examination conducted for admission to MBA/PGDM programs offered by AICTE approved institutes. The AIMAT is divided into four streams:

All India Management Aptitude Test (AIMAT) Syllabus
The All India Management Aptitude Test (AIMAT) is a national level management aptitude test conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA). It is a two–hour test consisting of 100 multiple–choice questions from the following five sections:
1. Verbal Ability: This section tests the candidate’s ability to comprehend and interpret written material, identify sentence errors, and produce written material.
2. Quantitative Ability: This section tests the candidate’s ability to solve problems involving basic mathematics, numeric operations, and data interpretation.
3. Logical Reasoning: This section tests the candidate’s ability to identify patterns, logical links, and arguments.
