The Indian Institutes of Technology–Joint Management Entrance Test (IIT–JMET) is an all–India entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) for admission to post–graduate management programs. The IIT–JMET is generally conducted in December each year, and is open to Indian nationals with a Bachelor‘s Degree from a recognized university. The exam tests the applicants‘ aptitude in quantitative ability, data interpretation, verbal ability, logical reasoning, and general awareness. Indian Institutes of Technology–Joint Management Entrance Test (IIT–JMET) Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the IIT–JMET is as follows:
• The applicant must hold a Bachelor‘s degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• Candidates who are appearing for their final examination are also eligible to apply, provided they submit the proof of their eligibility before the last date of admission.
• The candidates belonging to the reserved category have to satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria laid down by the institute.
• The minimum age required to apply for the IIT–JMET is 18 years.
• Candidates must also have a valid score in any of the national level entrance exams such as CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT/JMET.
